Kenneth I. Sidle has extensive experience in a broad range of business litigation.  He has a record of success in the courts, winning favorable jury verdicts in several high profile cases in the areas of copyright and intellectual property, mismanagement, and breach of contract.  His successes include a unanimous United States Supreme Court decision changing the standard for the award of attorneys’ fees in copyright cases.

Mr. Sidle’s practice has included entertainment, protecting literary properties, and compensation of top artists in the entertainment industry, as well as other industries, including real estate and internal corporate disputes.

Mr. Sidle graduated Phi Beta Kappa with highest honors from the University of California, Riverside.  He received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Yale Law School, where he was an editor on the Yale Law Journal.

Prior to joining GH&P, he was a litigation partner at the law firm of Irell & Manella.

Mr. Sidle continues to compete in various sports (he was a varsity letterman in basketball and baseball in high school and baseball in college).  He played in the last adult baseball (fantasy) camp held by the Dodgers at their spring training facility (Dodgertown) in Vero Beach, Florida.
