Brian Heitzer represents companies at all stages of the business lifecycle – from company formation to capital raises and on through to the ongoing and daily legal aspects of commercial engagements. Brian counsels both high-tech and traditional companies on a variety of commercial and corporate matters including technology transactions, marketing and distribution agreements, development agreements, terms of service, joint ventures, consulting services, investment agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.
Brian has also represented clients on matters involving copyright and trademark licenses, trademark applications, fair use, and copyright and trademark protection.
Brian’s counsel focuses on both the legal and business aspects related to a given transaction in order to help clients achieve their short-term and long-term goals. This approach allows clients to assess the full range of issues and aspects in a contemplated transaction and make decisions based on their unique strategies and objectives.
