Jessica Hirshon has over 10 years’ experience as a paralegal, concentrating in the areas of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Ms. Hirshon’s experience includes formation and compliance matters for large and small companies – both public and private – real estate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Hirshon assists the firm’s clients with issues related to formation and compliance, including filings with various Secretaries of State and other agencies. Her professional services include due diligence, internal corporate maintenance, stock issuances, and any ancillary annual filings, writings, and documentation.
Prior to joining Gipson Hoffman & Pancione, Ms. Hirshon lived in Las Vegas, where she spent five years working as the Corporate and Gaming paralegal at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. She began her career at Barasch McGarry in New York City, exclusively handling Victim Compensation Fund filings with the federal government in connection with the events of 9/11.
Originally from New York, Ms. Hirshon enjoys the arts and is an avid sports fan. She is a voracious reader, an aspiring story writer, and recently became a member of the Los Angeles Astronomical Society.
