Eniola (“Eni”) Leyimu is a corporate paralegal at Gipson Hoffman & Pancione, where he specializes in the Business Transactions and Entertainment & Finance practice areas.
Eni brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role with a background that includes working at Discovery Communications Europe Limited, where he negotiated various agreements for the use of Discovery’s intellectual property rights, and working in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice group of Olajide Oyewole LLP (a member of DLA Piper Africa), where he helped individuals and businesses navigate financing, regulatory, and compliance issues.
Eni holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as a master’s degree in law, specializing in Media, Entertainment, and Technology Law and Policy, from the UCLA School of Law. Eni has a vast network within the Nigerian business and legal communities.
In his free time, Eni enjoys quality time with his family and staying active through recreational pursuits such as golf and pickup soccer.
